The principal Commonwealth Act regulating interactive (online and telephone) gambling in Australia. It prohibits the provision of certain interactive gambling services to people in Australia, restricts advertising of prohibited and illegal services, bans the use of credit and digital currency for certain interactive wagering services, and establishes the ACMA complaints, investigation and website-blocking regime. This compilation incorporates amendments up to Act No. 38 of 2024.
