The principal Victorian Act governing gambling other than the casino (Act No 114/2003), administered by the VGCCC. Chapter 4 Part 4.5A regulates the registration and conduct of bookmakers and bookmakers' key employees, and the Act (with the Gambling Regulations 2015 and VGCCC directions) sets the wagering and betting framework, including responsible-gambling codes of conduct and betting-advertising restrictions.
